You are unique. Your massage should be, too. All massages are designed as fully custom experiences. During the intake process, your needs will be acknowledged and assessed so that each session restores what your body requires most in that moment.
You tell me what you need. I draw from a refined repertoire of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage, your session incorporates whichever modalities best serve your healing.
At no extra cost, you receive the option of hot stones and cupping therapy (when therapeutically appropriate) as well as two hot towels .

Prenatal Massage
A gentle embrace for you and the life you are carrying.
Available from the second trimester onward, prenatal massage is a deeply relaxing, nurturing experience designed to honor every stage of this sacred journey. Sessions are performed in a comfortable side-lying position, carefully supported by soft pillows and bolsters to cradle the body and relieve strain — allowing you to fully surrender to rest.
Using a soft, unhurried touch, this treatment eases the aches and tensions that naturally accompany growth and change, while offering a wealth of restorative benefits.
This session is a gift to yourself — an hour or more of being wholly cared for, so that you can continue to care for the little one on their way.
Prenatal massage is not recommended during the first trimester. Please consult with your healthcare provider prior to booking if you have any pregnancy-related complications or concerns.
